Brandt, Ph. D., S.O.M., specialist in the communication problems of young children. A group of parents of troubled teens had requested this because there were no services for their children at an early age. SCEP continues to provide services to families and agencies in southern Saskatchewan who are concerned with the problems of young children. In 1994, Patricia B. Clark, B.A., M.Ed., R.S.W., SCEP's first staff member and Executive Director since 1984, initiated SCEP CENTRE's Day Care Friends program to provide hands-on training and support to child care workers. more about Dr. Elisabeth H.
